About The Venture
In the heart of Darmstadt (Germany) a venture was taken that is without equal. Matured from several setbacks, it is now time to declare a new era. “Time for a new beginning” was also the mantra of the first gig in March 2015. The Venture (short VNTR), a five-piece band, emerged from the ashes of the previous bands „Beliars Entity“ and „Burn The Book of Memories“. Since the early days, the band had to overcome with several setbacks. Thus, the name of the band was chosen to be “The Venture”. Likewise, the lyrics pick up on the meaning of the bands name. The Venture combines melodic metalcore with energetic rhythms, and optimistic lyrics, thereby forming highly atmospheric songs with catchy character. Since spring 2014 the constant line-up consists of Moriz (vocals), Christopher (guitar), Nils (guitar), Sven (bass), and Peter (drums). With this line-up the first Song, entitled “Evermore” was recorded end of 2014. On 6th of December 2014 the band officially announced their new formation and is looking into a promising future.
