About The Tehran Project

The Tehran Project is the collaboration between Amir Amiri (santur) and Linling Hsu (violin) who met in 2002 as Artists-in-Residence at The Banff Centre. The project reflects their respective backgrounds in Persian and western classical musics. They released a self-titled CD in 2005 with additional contributions from cello, bass, and percussion.
