About The Tamboureens
The Tamboureens are a rock and roll band from the USA and based in central Pennsylvania. The band was founded in California in 2007 by vocalist Sebastian Sizemore and guitarist Jeff Metz. After moving to Pennsylvania, they met songwriter Scott Brundage. Eager to record their first demo, the Tamboureens called Alex Smyth to play drums, and the lineup was complete. Richie Snax was the Tamboureens original live bassist for 6 months before being replaced by Matthew Holmes. Drummer Alex Smyth and bassist Matthew Holmes left the band in mid 2009, quickly being replaced by drummer Walter Blain Herman III and bassist Ethan Osborn. Shortly thereafter guitarist Scott Brundage had to announce his departure after moving away. The Tamboureens recorded one album, "Ladies and Gentlemen," and toured the northeast extensively. As of 2010 the band is on indefinite hiatus.
