About The K-Tels aka The Young Canadians

Formed in Vancouver B.C. Canada in Jan - Feb 1979 this band was first called the K-Tels and switched to the Young Canadians soon after. After this compilation was put out the Young Canadian put out a $ song 12" EP for local label Zulu Records and disbanded by 1980. Art Bergman- Guitar and vocals Jim Bescott - Bass Barry Taylor - Drums Art Bergman went on to have a solo career.
