The sounds themselves are simple, when not outright cheap or cheesy, and it is with these reduced and blurry blocks that The Hardliner manages to glitch and mod something seriously unboring. With such an underemphasis on the packaging, there's emphasis on idea itself. We might find little or no plastic bulk between artist and aesthetic. Partial
