About The Goodbye Celebration

The Goodbye Celebration was a band from Oakville, Ontario, active from 2002-2008. They started under the name, "A Better Way To Go", then renaming and releasing a 5 track EP, "Spin His Record... It Makes Your Heart Beat" in 2003. The next year saw the release of another EP entitled "Ocalla", and after some more lineup changes between 2004-2005 they debuted the full length, "Phonecalls Worth Forgetting" in 2006 signed to Drive-Thru Records. In the next coming years there would be a handful of demos and singles released to their Myspace before breaking up.
