Genre-mashing fun-core duo made up of one-time DHR recording artistes Fidel Villeneuve and Brian Hiroshima. The Bureau released two albums on Canada's D-Trash Records - 2002's 'The Future Of Boybands' and 2003's 'Global Village Idiots' - spitting out lo-fi bursts of junglist noise pop, cartoon funk-hop and spasticated rock'n'roll. "The most revolutionary band never to cause a revolution", the duo split in 2003.
