About The Black Perfect

The Black Perfect set out in early 2008 to recreate the sounds of whale sharks pooing off of Christmas Island. After the project failed miserably (mainly due to a bunch of British scientists who had this supposedly "brilliant" idea of attaching a camera to one of the whale sharks), the collective members of The Black Perfect recorded "The Story of the Life and Times of Jim Robinson" in Grandmother's Basement. The second album, "Piecemeal. Milktoast. Hippieshit" became fully realized by a bunch of Yourk art students, unable to complete their concept-time-based napkin sculpture.
