The Von Duesz are a three-piece band from Bielefeld, DE, which performs live music for the club! What they play is electronic music with keys, saxophone, drums, effects and percussion - without samples or computers! A fusion of Kraut and Electronic, House and Bauhaus - TANZKRAUT. No room for intellectualism or pre-defined structures. Instead: a naked, intuitive and immersed search for the hypnotic DJ-set without records, a search for the flow. The seduction of eternally vibrating club music is huge, but even bigger is the urge to break with its inmost techniques: Analogue synthesizers instead of computer technology! Live-performed improvisation instead of pre-produced samples and loops! Realtime-composition instead of endless studio work! That's The Von Duesz.
