Wendy Wang is the Sweet Hurt. In high school, her 4-track recordings brought sweet justice against those who moved on to bigger and better things. Midi and a digital recorder was the fancy upgrade that was used to convince friends to play in her band. They played throughout L.A., a dysfunctional group that had more turnover in a year than most bands experience in their lifetime. In the summer of 2004, Wendy retreated to the old acoustic style recordings and self-produced a 4-song demo. Completed in early 2005, was the Sweet Hurt demo ep, featuring a full band. In the spring of '06, a 4-song EP titled "Everyday Mistakes" was recorded. She wants everyone to know that she's bringing a love that's true, so get ready, get ready. http://www.thesweethurt.com
