About The Sad Flowers
The sound of The Sad Flowers can be described as “Classical Industrial Electro New Metal Wave”. A sound that creates a very specific mixture of genres of past decades. This format was initially used to rearrange some classics, making sure the musicality and harmony were kept. The Sad Flowers are in control of all aspects of their artistic work. The concept encompasses not only music, but also the visual style and imagery to go with it. Arranging, recording, mixing, mastering, shooting, montage and producing from scratch to finished product is what identifies them. Each release has been accompanied by an atmospheric short movie. Building a repertoire of own songs they are currently engaged in the creative process to produce their first album. The debut single has been released on October 21st, 2014 called “Schmetterling”. A dark song about loneliness, weltschmerz, pain and suicidal tendencies. This one in German, but don’t think that’s the only language used, as they will not be limited by any artistic boundaries. Who knows what they will come up with next…
