Of course, the band's name was "The Pukes" not The Pukes (NJ). I have added the (NJ) here to distinguish this band from the later bands called "The Pukes". Punk Rock, Hardcore Punk and Skate Punk outfit from New Jersey. Active from 1979-1983. Played a lot of benefits, all-ages shows and small venues in NYC and NJ. Members later went on to form Brain Vacation and The Raging Lame-os.
