Willem De Ridder is a Dutch guy who tells stories, sometimes with silence and sometimes with Hafler Trio drones in the background. The stories are normally a bit strange with a kind of philosophical/psycholigical element to them. They had a track on Resonance CD compilation and did a full CD called Snuff on Touch. They also have a track on The Aerial #5 compilation. They probabaly did other stuff too, but I either don't remember them, or I never knew them.
