About The Funeral Warehouse

The Funeral Warehouse is a post-punk/gothic rock band, founded by Sébastyén D. (Opium Dream Estate), in 2010. The Funeral Warehouse can be considered as the very "sequel" to Orchid's Children, but in a darker way, so to speak. The Funeral Warehouse plays a music, lost in-between post-punk, gothic rock, indie, coldwave and industrial. The Funeral Warehouse released a first ep, Hourglass & Waterlilies, under Seventh Crow Records, in 2010, followed by a second ep, Behind The Wall, including a Throbbing Gristle cover (in memory of Sleazy) and two songs which were originally to be released with Orchid's Children. A new ep, called Along With The Madcap is due to be released in 2012.
