About The Blue Gap
The Blue Gap is an Oslo-based popduo, wishing they were young in the eighties. With both members, Ruben Oma (Ida Maria, Tom Roger Aadland, Josefin Winther, Garness, Shining, Vinni, Morgan Sulele) and Christian Bjotveit Fonneland, being lead singers, the sound of the band spans from really low-key to something moving towards grandios poprock. By mixing analogue and digital sounds, the band is really hunting the nostalgia of a decade they never got to experience themselves. The duo has written, recorded and produced all songs from their headquarters in Oslo. The Paper Kites, HONNE, Foy Vance and S.Carey are some of the artists that has inspired and affected the band.
