About The Bludgers
The Bludgers are a 3 piece Oi/streetpunk band sometimes old school HC who formed in Hamilton, New Zealand in July 2004, from the ashes of Mistaken Identity. The band has travelled endlessly around the North Island and in September 2007 finally made it to the South Island supporting The Exploited (along with Gripper from Nelson). In recent times the band has undergone lineup changes, original bassist Fatty has left and can now be found playing for his new band Shitripper. He has been replaced by Nick from Roll With The Punches who recently split up. In recent years the band has supported international acts such as Anti-Nowhere League, Agnostic Front, The Business, Sham 69, UK Subs,RUST, Peter & The Test Tube Babies, Unseen, Against, and more. That was a few years ago since then we have had a few bassists Guv from Gobsmakt joined for a bit till went awol told to leave, Tim played on the RUST tour and now Justin from Electric Mayhem currently plays bass. The band has played the South Island 4 times still gigs and will be supporting canadians D.O.A in March in Auckland. Mike Bludger
