About Tes Elations
Since their foundation in 2010, Tes Elations has been weaving the strings of the old world into the visceral fabric of the modern era. Their music is equally rooted in both classical composition and experimental rock/punk. This union of seemingly distant sources is embodied in their instrumentation: 2 contrapuntal cellos, guitar, and drumset accompany the hauntingly distinct voice of Barrie Rose. Tes Elations is releasing their self-titled debut album on May 11th, 2012. It is an exploration of spontaneity and multi-genre collaboration, a collection of songs arrived at by different paths.
