Takatan Chollada is an A-list Thai country singer who has gained significant fame and is the last Thai artist to have an album with sales exceeding 1 million copies. Takatan made her official debut in 2006 with her first album, "Nhao Saeng Neon," under the Grammy Gold label, a subsidiary of GMM Music/GMM Grammy. The album received a moderate response. However, in the following year, her second album, "Thanon Khon Fun," featuring the lead single "Mai Chai Fan Tum Taen Mai Dai," became a phenomenal hit, achieving over a million copies in sales. This success cemented her status as one of the leading Thai country singers. She continued to release numerous successful albums, with several of her songs surpassing 1 million downloads. In 2019, she decided not to renew her contract with Grammy Gold and became an independent artist, a role she continues to this day. Currently, she has released 14 albums and numerous special songs and singles, most of which have achieved great popularity. She has more than 30 classic hits to her name.
