TV Brakes (earlier called "The Spam" and "The Proletariat") was a UK punk band featuring Dave Bateman and Shane Baldwin, who would later make up one half of Vice Squad. They never played any gigs or released any records, but one demo track was released on the Vice Squad compilation CD "The Rarities: 1979-1985".
