About SunnyBeach HappySlap MardiGras
Sunnybeach Happyslap Mardigras was formed at an iPod-battle in Copenhagen in early 2008. The three members (Silas Adler, Joachim7inch and Svendbabwe) had all been dj'ing and been involved in different music projects before, and after being booked to play dj sets around clubs in Copenhagen SBHSMG soon turned into a dj/producer team with quite a bit of following. SBHSMG plays and produces within the tropical tech- and electrohouse genre and have played with fellow dj's like Solo, Renaissance Man, Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team, Sebastian, Mikix the Cat / Momma's boy to name a few. SBHSMG has play anywhere from Paris, Stockholm Eindhove, Seoul and played in front of 10.000 people at last years Roskilde Festival Recently SBHSMG released their debut EP "Conta / Mamacita" on Demento Mori, with remixes from Momma's Boy, Bambounou and Downtown (Renaissance Man). Conta / Mamacita has caused a lot of reactions on the house scene worldwide. Sinden has featured it on his latest mix, Sound Pellegrino Thermal Team has put the EP on their May chart while it has been played on Shir Khan's radioshow to name some of the more interesting reactions.
