Sub-D is Paul Browse (of Clock DVA fame) and Sven Röhrig (aka 3 Phase) on MFS Records, Berlin. They produced the album Exaspirin which soon was banned from the stores due to legal problems with the cover artwork. The music can be described as chilled dubby techno and ambient.
