About Stonethrow
StoneThrow is a fast-rising modern rock group based in the Southeastern US, whose seamless blend of fist pounding southern grunge, dynamic melody, and exhilirating live performance has already gained significant notoriety in the months leading up to the release of their debut EP 'The Spark and The Flame' (set for May 2011). StoneThrow was founded in late 2010 as the culmination of members from three standout regional acts - Singer/Guitarist Jonathan Ingram (Stealing 3rd), bassist Alex Martinez (Gravity Zero) from Atlanta, GA along with guitarist Shawn Durr and drummer T.J. Taylor (Point of Real) from Lexington, KY. Regional tour support for the EP is set to begin in February 2011.
