About Stereowave
Stereowave is the coast-to-coast project of LA-based Dave Portal and NY-based Russ Greenspan. Bandmates immersed in jazz and funk in what seems like a lifetime ago, the two reconnected over their fascination with the sounds of Justice and Chromeo. David (guitar/bass/vox) and Russell (piano/drums/keys) wasted no time and recorded what would become their first single, "Skylife", that night. Anxious to keep the process going despite their distance, the duo sent Logic tracks back and forth, releasing their debut, self-titled EP on Feb 28th, 2012.
