About Steady Ground
Steady Ground was an American alternative rock group best known for having former The Offspring drummer Ron Welty in its lineup. Rick Stitch (vocals), George Squiers (guitar), Kyle Rogan (bass), Jared Woods (guitar) and Ron Welty (drums) form Steady Ground. A rock band from the US. Drummer Ron Welty has been the drummer from the Offspring for over 15 years, but decided to leave the band early 2003 to dedicate his time to Steady Ground. On February 26, 2006, Steady Ground released three demos on Myspace, entitled "Everyone's Emotional", "I Can't Contain Myself", and "You Better Close Your Eyes." In 2007, the band released the studio album 'album artist=Steady Ground]Jettison', and in the same year they broke up.
