Stay Gold Pony Boy sprang from the cultural stew of West Oakland in the Spring of 2002. SGPB’s group vocals, irreverent stageshow, and unyielding desire to rocko made them a staple of the warehouses, parties, and piece-of-shit rock and roll bars that seemed to be everywhere at the time. SGPB returned to the primordial ooze in the Fall of 2005.
