About Starcrash
Starcrash was formed when they finally started to follow their hearts and to play music they really ever wanted to play. Original founders of Starcrash Pepe and Tuomas have played together before in some line-ups and gathered interest from many different directions. Mostly locally. May I Cry was a band that was noticed internationally. It was a childhood promise to play in same band what ever comes. First recruit Pepe and Tuomas did was a young promising drummer, Aapo, little brother of Tuomas. Aapo had also played in many bands and so followed his brothers footsteps. Next thing was to find a bassist. Sami was also a childhood friend and kind of a 'life-style musician', so he fit perfectly and brought the desired edge to the band. They decided to leave covers at once and move straight to own songs. In fall of 2005 Starcrash recorded their first demo.
