About Sonorant
Sonorant is the instrumental solo project of Kongregation/Rape the Dead guitarist Chris Catharsis, hailing from Savannah, Georgia. Sonorant's genre is best defined as Melodic Death/Groove Metal with a Progressive touch. Although all of his work to date has been instrumental, Chris has claimed in the descriptions of a few of his albums that the songs 'were written with vocals in mind' and that he plans to re-release the same albums with vocals at a later date.
