Snobb Slakt was Sweden's precursor to American hardcore bands like Siege that signaled hardcore's coming evolution into grindcore. They were active in the early '80s and only released one LP and one EP, altogether less than a half hour's worth of music (which Havoc Records currently stocks) yet still some of the most blistering hardcore to come out of Sweden at that point in time. Fans of the aforementioned Siege, Anti-Cimex, and Cryptic Slaughter will probably like Snobb Slakt.
