About Slutcore
Combining old-school rap-rock with the strange and cutting new sounds, Slutcore has coined a revolutionary musical dynamic driven by passion and tempered by cleverness. Slutcore was formed on January 1st 2004 in the depths of CDD Studios, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Lead by well-established DJs Moogs & Elbowdrops, the core band was formed with local musicians Drago and Dan 'T4 Slip' O'Donnell of The Best Defence. Working under their own label, CDD-Butterscotch Records, Slutcore recorded their first No. 1, 'Suck His Dick Some More' under the assistance of bass player Brian Smith and production manager Martin Dragan. In the two month period following their initial record deal with CDD-Butterscotch, Slutcore worked diligently to get their first album 'Enter the Slutcore' out to the public before the middle of March. What does the future hold for Slutcore? Who knows. March 21 actually. You'll be able to pick it up at your local Sunrise, Music World or Tower Records. Nah just kidding. You can buy a copy from any Slutcore member or from the official Slutcore merch stand, located just inside CDD studios. The price is probably going to be $5-7 to cover the manufacturing costs of the album. Those who are involved with the band get a free copy. So girls, if you're out of cash, you had better grab your birth control of choice and take a walk over to a band member's place. The album should be available for pick-up in the next couple of weeks.
