SLOW FORM OF SUICDE is a punk rock band from Berwyn, Illinois. SFOS was form in late 2008 and released their first full length album "ALREADY DEAD" in 2009. Currently working on their 2nd album, {release date July 2012} as well as planning a tour to support the new album.
