About Silent Talk
Silent Talk is the duo Zak Mering & Kelly Crummer, both born in Los Angeles. They create all their music from their home in Silver Lake (2008) and now Highland Park (2009), two neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The band is on a hiatus as of August 2009. Zak Mering's new project is titled "Raw Thrills". "The cool kids at Silent Talk must be somewhere near living dead status by now for all of the hard work they’ve been putting in; earlier this year they released an epic 23 track lp with super cool hand painted (one-of-a-kind) cd-r’s. The CDRs are available on their myspace.com/thesilenttalk website.
