About Raabygg
Raabygg is a Norwegian folk band from the inner villages of Agder (also known as the old Raabyggelaget) comprising Johanne Flottorp (Hardanger fiddle, vocals and percussion), Tuva Færden (Hardanger fiddle, vocals and lyre), and Sigrid Kjetilsdotter Jore (vocals, zither and Jew’s harp). In 2016, they won the open class at Landskappleiken (National Folk Music Competition) in Vågå, and participated in the mesterkonsert at the Norwegian opera and ballet in the autumn of 2016. In October 2016, they released their debut album "Ein etter far", produced by Annbjørg Lien and released by Etnisk musikklubb. Raabygg was picked out as the only folk music band to play at the showcase Sørveiv in Kristiansand, an event where pop and rock are heavily represented. In 2017, they played at festivals including Folkemusikkveka at Ål, Telemark Festival, Setesdal Festival, Jørn Hilme-stemnet and Rekordfestivalen.
