About SideMind
SideMind is a screamo / post-hardcore band from Džūkste, Latvia formed in 2005. SideMind have self-released debut EP Place Where Sky and Earth Meet in 2006. The main theme in their songs are thoughts about love, peace, human relationships, against war and violence. In November 2009 they announced an indefinite hiatus till come back in summer 2010 with new bass guitar player - Klāvs Kadiķis from Once Were Empire, an ex member of Carpe Diem. Current lineup : Oskars Lapiņš - vocals; Oskars Feldbergs - guitar, back vocals; Viesturs Baumanis - guitar; Klāvs Kadiķis - bass guitar; Matīss Veigulis - drums (currently also Art of Keeping Secrets).
