Shared Fiction dates back to 1999 when Jason Huitrado started writing lyrics to accompany standard acoustic guitar chords. Jason made it a point to have a complete song written every month, and he did. This lasted until early 2002 when Anderson Saravia and Greg Dye added just what the core rhythm and lyrics needed; drums and bass. This created just the right mesh of sound to accompany the hard-driven lyrics and guitar riffs Jason had written.
