About Shadow the Kid
Shadow The Kid is a band that consists of Kevin Peek, Ronnie Moore, and Andrew McCole. They are a pop-punk band based in Scottsboro, Alabama. At a young age, Kevin Peek would play video games such as Halo 2. In Halo 2, Kevin Peek would find strange jargon for the various weapons in the game. He would call the Needler the "hair gun". And he would also call the Plasma Pistol the iconic "Mega Man Gun". He went over to another kid's house, that kid was named Clark. Kevin Peek then got raped at halo and broke Clark's Xbox controller. After this incident, eye witness accounts have described Kevin Peek as "mournful" and "depressed". Kevin Peek then began to make music, lyrics based off of how saddened he was that he had broken the controller. After the underground success of their new album GRAPE, Kevin Peek would go on to say "Oh Boy!" Unexpectantly, Matt Poe (drummer) decided to leave Shadow The Kid because the band did not coincide with his future plans. According to Shadow The Kid's Myspace blog, "Oh Boy!". Also, an open tryout is being held to locate an interim drummer for future shows. Though still a young band, they already have positive reviews from some big name Critics.
