Sewing Pattern was the musical identity of Chicago songstress Angie Ma, who released her debut album, "The Bicycle Songcycle," a baroque pop album about bicycles inspired by Sufjan Stevens' "Illinois: Sufjan Stevens Invites You to Come on Feel the Illinoise," in 2009. Her second, self-titled album was released in 2011. Sewing Pattern is no longer publicly active.
