About Semiconductors

Colin Morris and Lucas Freshman both hail from Syracuse, NY. They spent a decade in New York City, and now reside in San Francisco. Semiconductors formed in 2007. The music has a host of influences, with hip-hop beats, post-rock guitars, pop synthesizers, and North African and Near Eastern overtones. Colin’s favorite dance is the achy breaky IMF power grab. Lucas’s super move is the spider claw, or triangle choke.
