Scottie Miller is a blues-jazz, funk and soul pianist, singer-songwriter. His band; Scottie Miller Band (formerly The Re-Uptake Inhibitors), have been performing live since 2000. Features drummer Mark O'Day; bassist, Kevin Rowe and guitarist/mandolinist, Joe Cruz. Scottie Miller has released 7 CD's and a DVD, "HOME - A House Concert with Scottie Miller" under his own indie label Vulfy Publishing/ASCAP. His most recent CD "RISE UP" - (Scottie Miller Band), October 2012 is distributed in the USA and Australia. Scottie is a MN Blues Music Hall of Fame Inductee' (2009), for his contributions in Blues Literature with his instructional book and CD "Rock Keyboards" By Scott Miller. Published by The Hal Leonard Corporation. He is also keyboardist for two-time Grammy nominated, and mutli Blues Music Award winner Ruthie Foster - (Blue Corn Records). DVD Of The Year "Live At Antones" - Ruthie Foster 2012 Blues Music Awards. Currently touring with Scottie Miller Band and Ruthie Foster Family Band.
