Sans Edge began in 2001 when Caleb Schmidt decided to expand his creative music style beyond a piano and guitar. Even though he lacked the diversity of music living in Indiana he managed to come across Trip-Hop, it was love at first listen. He has then meshed his love for film score with his love of downtempo electronica into a style all his own.
