About Salle Gaveau

Salle Gaveau spawned from the Japanese Avant-prog band Bondage Fruit. Their tango sound was highly influenced form masters Astor Piazzolla, with all members versed in argentinean tango. The band was founded in 2003, consisting of Natsuki Kido (guitar), Naoki Kita (violin), Yoshiaki Sato (accordéon) and Keisuke Torigoe (contrabass). In October 2005, Masaki Hayashi (piano) joined the band. Salle Gaveau have only released one album Alloy (2007), which can be described as chamber tango in combination with classical music, jazz, rock and progressive rock.
