Growing up in Ashford (UK) and London (UK), her music explores true stories of relationships, family struggles and mental health, with deeply relatable lyrical prowess and breathtaking vocal ability. Growing up in the internet age, both SPIKEMYHEART and cite a broad range of artists they are inspired by, from Paramore and Bloc Party, to 100Gecs and Brakence, to BROCKHAMPTON and Ayesha Erotica. As of early 2024, the duo have performed at a range of venues around the UK, including The Brighton Dome and Peckham Audio, and have been featured on BBC introducing Kent multiples times, described as a “power couple” by Abbie McCarthy.
