Roselit Bone are a dark americana band based in Portland, Oregon. Formed in 2011 by guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Charlotte McCaslin and drummer Ben Dahmes, the band has since evolved into an 8-piece with pedal steel and horn section. Roselit Bone draw inspiration from Hollywood's singing cowboys, spaghetti western soundtracks, Hazlewood-esque psychedelia, and Mexican ranchera music and combine it with darker, modern songwriting a la Will Oldham or Nick Cave.
