Rico (Ricardo McDougal) & Sticks (Junte Uiterwijk) are two rappers from Zwolle, The Netherlands. With producer Delic they were the groundbreaking Dutch-language hiphop crew, Opgezwolle (2001-2007). After the group's demise they started solo careers, but also kept working and performing together, notably in the Fakkelbrigade, but also as Rico & Sticks. The first studio album under the Rico & Sticks moniker, IZM, came out in 2017. 2016 saw the release of a box-set entitled #OpgezwolleTotNu, containing all of their albums together and alone.
