About Red Revolving
Formed from the friendship between Revan (guitar) and Adrian (vocal) who has long played music, but never found a consistent friend of the band. Following from each band, they agreed to form an alternative rock band, with punk rock as foundation made with a more modern feel and dynamic. After looking for friends to fill the other positions, they take Hari (bass), who was a friend of the housing. Then Hari took an old school friend named Penyond (guitar), and Ade (drums), who is a drummer Elmei Club Mix. Mid-December, right on December 24, 2004, we all agreed to name our band Sherly De Mello, who was inspired by a beautiful girl who had been cast in a project undertaken by Ade. After about 5 years running, we finally decided to change our band name because one other thing. Finally we give our band name Red Revolving, which has a meaning as a symbol of sensitivity to the surrounding environment, both social and against nature, both vertically and horizontally. In the musical, Red Revolving many inspired by the outer bands like Green Day, New Found Glory, The Ataris, The All American Rejects, Funeral For A Friends, Story Of The Year, and so on. We do not just take the influence of one particular musical genre, so we made the music sound more dynamic. Songs that we made a story not far from the social problems often experienced by our own and friends around. In making the music we try to be honest with ourselves, because we think honesty is the best art form. With the existing spirit, we try to present and provide a positive influence for the music industry in Indonesia. And we're currently in the process of making the first album. Is the highest appreciation for our work if we make can be accepted by the wider community and give meaning to others.
