Oakland rap duo Rappin' Ron and Ant Diddley Dog debuted in 1995 with the album Bad N Fluenz. It featured Ant Banks, Too Short, Seagram, Mr Ill and Street Thugs. It featured the hit song Smoke Season. Rappin Ron & Ant Diddley Dog were on Cell Block Records featuring on the two compilations and on Mr Ills album Rebirth. They also featured on Get In Where You Fit In with Too Short and on albums from Ant Banks, Goldys and others. In 1996 Rappin' Ron died while enroute home from work. He fell asleep at the wheel and crashed. In 1997 Ant Diddley Dog returned with a song on Ant Banks compilation Big Thangs with Time Is Tickin since then Ant Diddley Dog has not rapped since then. The second Bad N Fluenz album Slippin Into Darkness was advertised for released in the Cellblock Comilation 2 for August 11th 1998 but was never released.
