Rain On The Parade, 1995-2000: Rain On The Parade was a hardcore band based in the Philadelphia area. Originally formed by Ronny "Sarge" Little in the summer of 1994, ROTP's original members included Justin Phillips, Dave "D2" Sadowski & Matt "Smithe" Smith. Over the bands next 5 years the line up would change and rotate but always maintained the original 3 members. ROTP released two seven inches titled, "Body Bag - 1995" and "Full Speed Ahead - 1997", along with multiple comp tracks and their final full length release "When It Rains It Pours - 2000". Although the band had some straight edge members throughout its history, the band never considered itself a "straight edge" band.
