About Rabbitology
Rabbitology is a one-person band that self-describes their music as "a lil bit folk, a lil bit cosmic, a lil bit whatnot... songs for the winged, moss-clad being that climbs through my window every blue moon and demands MUSIC." Her debut single, "Eloria, Eloria [June Demo]," was released exclusively to Soundcloud on June 5, 2022. In 2023, a year after they started uploading to SoundCloud, she began publishing songs on Spotify, beginning with "CANDLEBURN (Dorm Demo)," which was made entirely using sounds they recorded and sampled from an apple. While some of her songs are played on acoustic instruments, their distinct sound comes from her method of sampling organic sounds, ones that range from a cow's "moo" to the sound of someone slapping raw meat with their hands. She is currently based in Michigan, and makes all of their music from her college dorm room.
