About RCA
Based in San Francisco & bred by Bay Area, RCA pulls inspiration from Kaytranada, TLC, Tame Impala, Anita Baker, and California life in the '90s. His music taps deep into familiar nostalgic tones to weave colorful, maximalist instrumental arrangements soaked in '80s RnB, Vaporwave, Psychedelic Rock, and The West Coast. His first solo release, RELATIONSHIPS, is a 12 track instrumental album reflecting on a familiar and intimate narrative of connection, commitment, and the consequences of not growing up. RCA's upcoming releases include The Cookout, the debut album with his Bay Area-based crew FIRST COUSINS. An LP with San Francisco-based rapper Davinci, Rack of Lamb EP with D How, Hollywood-based Clear California's first single, and The RELATIONSHIPS Remix album. All due this summer. The 2nd act of the RELATIONSHIPS trilogy, KINSHIP will be released in November 2021. SELFMANSHIP, the 3rd act will be released in August 2022
