About Purse Candy
Purse Candy is the solo project of Portland, Oregon based musician, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Matthew Ellis. Ellis grew up in Orlando, Florida where he attended school with electronic producer, Phasen. In early 2009, Purse Candy sent a 6 track EP to Phasen's record label, Unnamed Label, which will be released later in 2009. Purse Candy's sound features addicting electro-pop vibes reminiscent of artists such as Royksopp and The Postal Service.
