"With their self-created style "puporoska" (a mix of punk-pop-rock-and ska-elements), project 54 do not only know how to rock, but also how to entertain their audience. In times of "the reign of top-40 coverbands", project 54 go a different way in order to satisfy these people, coming to their show, who buy their cds from the independent and alternative stores. You want to hear Bryan Adams or Robbie Williams? Get lost! Project 54 play songs that they like themselves. There songs come from Beatsteaks, Lost Prophets, Sum 41, Foo Fighters, Turbonegro... it takes a lot of courage to do it this way, but experience shows, that they are on the right way! On January 7, 2006 Project 54 released their first professional studioalbum called "puporoska Island". A musical diary of punky rockmusic and a bit of ska. Wanna listen to it!
